Hampton Inn Lagrange near Callaway Gardens

Kierra was AMAZING. She made this part of my trip as smooth as possible. I booked through a third-party site then had to add on days to my stay she made it to where I didn’t have to switch rooms and was very knowledgeable about food and things in the area kind thoughtful and great attitude

When I travel I “ Require” certain things from a hotel. A clean room and a comfortable bed. Anything more is icing on the cake. This Hampton Inn exceeded my expectations. Very friendly staff from check in to the Housekeeping supervisor. I had a “Do not Disturb” sign on my door. This usually means you get no service. Not there. I came back to my room and there is a basket at my door containing dress towels and toiletries. The lady working the breakfast greeted me each morning and had everyone smiling. I was really impressed with the quality of my room and the friendliness of the staff. This General manager has put together and trained the staff in how to be a Great Hotel. You don’t see that in a lot of hotels anymore. It took 7 to 9 minutes to get to downtown LaGrange from the Hampton Inn. If your staying in the LaGrange this is the place to stay.

Check in was super easy and quick. Jeff was very nice and professional. Got up into our room and at first glance, it’s nice! Spacious and not completely out of date. Upon closer inspection, there was staining on the seating and some lint/hair in the sheets but only one little piece of hair, nothing crazy or gross looking. Once I checked the bed, I turned on the tv to find that the screen does not work! I called down to the front desk and Jeff was soooo quick to get us a new room with a working tv. Very grateful for Jeff! The rest of the night was great with a quiet room and a working tv.

A decent Hampton off the beaten path but served us well for hurricane evacuation. They also let us checkin a little earlier due to the emergency situation which we really appreciated. Great southern hospitality as well. I did not have but the breakfast was ok as well. Lots of space around the hotel for fresh air and dogs.

Staff was great. We got there early and were able to get check in. Location was convenient to getting on/off the interstate. Rooms were fine and clean. The place was somewhat out dated but it met our needs to stay there one night.

Wonderful hotel directly off the interstate. Although the hotel was fully booked, the staff was all very friendly and hard-working. Breakfast was delicious, and despite the number of people staying here, there was plenty of food when I went earlier in the morning and when my husband went later. Never really had any issues with noises, and I got a wonderful night's sleep on a comfy bed. The whole hotel was very clean and well maintained, both inside and out. This is the quality I expect from a nice hotel, yet our total for last-minute night on Memorial weekend *with* the pet fee was only $190. The only downside is the exit seems small, however there are 2 gas stations next door and I'm sure there's plenty more small stores/restaurants around, we just didn't have the time to explore before we had to hit the road again. Wonderful hotel, and I would recommend it for anyone who comes through for any reason.

I stayed there in May I can't speak English, but they kindly explained everything to me with their whole body and provided great service. I had a lot of time left before check-in time, but they knew I was tired due to the time difference, so they let me check in two hours early, so I could rest comfortably. The breakfast was good, and there was a forest path, so it was nice to take a walk. I couldn't express my gratitude to the staff. I had a comfortable stay during my business trip. There's a Korean restaurant just a 10-minute walk away. I was grateful for their kindness to Asians who didn't speak the language.
